Newnham Park Bonfire Meet
Our last meet of 2024 for the Bonfire meet was well attended with 18 units on the field. The fireworks and BBQ on Saturday evening were enjoyed by all including many members who were not camping for the weekend.
The weather mainly behaved itself but the event shelters were put to good use in the mizzle and with the leaves falling all around made for a very autumnal scene.
James coped very well with cooking for 50 burgers and 50 sausages on his Webber BBQ, with a little assistance from Anita! 😊
